The apartments are located in a new four-storey building, which was completed in 2023. You can choose between different layouts - from 1 bedroom apartment for a weekend for two to 4 bedrooms with enough space for the whole family.
Each apartment has a basement for your sports equipment, a parking space and a front garden or loggia from where you can admire the surroundings. The apartments are offered in two types - fully furnished or unfurnished to suit your taste.
The resort has everything you need for a perfect holiday. After a strenuous hike or a day on the slopes, you can relax in the private wellness centre with sauna and jacuzzi, which you can book at any time. And the best part? Finish your sauna session with a dip in the Elbe riverbed behind the house.
There's also plenty of fun to be had in the garden. You can roast marshmallows by the outdoor fireplace and let the kids run wild in the playground. And if the weather isn't cooperating, there's a lounge perfect for game nights.

Heating is provided by a heat pump connected to an air conditioner that keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler in the bathroom. The water supply and sewerage are municipal, with remote metering. The apartments have internet and TV connections.
