The building’s construction commenced in 2009 and was completed in its current form in 2017. The exterior wall is brick (Heluz bricks, 44 cm thick and 10 cm of polystyrene insulation). The internal plaster is stucco. The second floor has feature brick, and the ceilings are from cement slabs with drywalling. The slightly sloping gable roof is made of PVC roofing. In the utility room on the ground floor of the building you will find three air-to-air heat pumps. Water is connected to the mains. Sewerage is treated with an organic purifier. Electricity is supplied by a ground cable to the substation on the ground floor. The building’s interior is ready for its finishing touches. The exterior needs only the final outer plastering and brick paving. The property has not yet undergone its final official inspection.
