The impressive atmosphere of the Old Gasworks is accented by a rock formation with a waterfall and a stream directly flowing through the property. The guest house with the restaurant are sold as completely furnished, so you can start your business straight away.

The building is made of sandstone and partially of bricks. The roof is made of wooden thatches.
The building and the water are heated by a heat pump. The restaurant is air-conditioned. The property is connected to local sewerage, and the water is taken from the water mains.

The guest house has 4 private parking places. There is a public parking area, a bus stop, a train station and a ferry in close vicinity. The building is externally lit, so no-one can miss it even at night.

RESTAURANT

In 2003-2008, the Old Gasworks was painstakingly reconstructed at great cost, and it still has its unique appearance. In 2020, an unobtrusive extension was added, which increased the usable area of the property. The restaurant contains a fully-stocked bar and an equipped kitchen. Two terraces outside seat 90 guests, and the restaurant an additional 80 persons.

GUEST HOUSE

The Old Gasworks Guest House offers stylish accommodation with marvellous experiences. In total, 4 rooms with 13 beds are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and in the tower. Each room has its own en-suite. Thanks to a great rating on Booking.com and a lot of positive reviews from satisfied guests, the guest house is popular with Czech and foreign clients. CHARACTER OF THE BUILDING

The steam-punk restaurant refers to the Age of Steam. The interior with wooden beams and brick walls is adorned with rivets. The custom-made clock with exposed clockwork that regularly rotates accompanied by the sound of the clock mechanics dominates the whole space.
