Technicalities

The house has undergone a complete reconstruction – it has a new roof with Prefa roofing, a new façade, and also new euro windows. Not only the rooms, but also the electrical wiring and partially also the plumbing and drainage systems have been renovated. The socle of the building has similarly undergone expensive reconstruction. The heating system runs on gas and the boiler room has a completely new Viessmann gas boiler. Water is supplied from its own bored well; the sewer system is municipal. The swimming pool is equipped with a professional dosing station.

FURNISHED AND FULLY FITTED PREMISES

It is also a short way to the Pohádkové Krkonoše (Fairytale Giant Mountains) exposition, open year-round, to the Stezka korunami stromů (Treetop Walk) or to the R Burger restaurant with a minigolf course. And I must not forget to mention the natural swimming pool, Trutnov Water Park, cycle and tourist tracks, bobsleigh, lookout tower, Rudolf’s festivities, and lots of other touristic attractions.
